I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pianoforte by Febor Hotels & Spa! Every aspect of the property exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The facilities were modern, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. A bit far from touristic areas 30 min walk but if you like walking like me then it’s great to see neighbourhoods and have a calmer surrounding then busy areas such as Sultanahmet, Sirkeci and Eminounou

Over 1 hr delay to get into the room, dark hairs all over room floor, noisy rooms most definitely not sound proof, power cuts 4 to 5 times through out the second night. Breakfast! Well nothing like the images, no fresh fruit or any fruit fruit for that matter, no egg cups, fruit juice was sqaush the 1st morning, no pastries either so photos are false

A very nice new hotel, seems recently opened/renovated. Great price for the quality. Neighborhood is a quiet residential area, can be refreshing if you want to get out of the bustle of the touristy areas.

1. *Service*: Als wir nach einer Vase oder zumindest einem Eimer fragten, wurde uns im gesamten Hotel nichts dergleichen zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Freund von uns durfte trotz Vorlage seines Ausweises keine 20 Minuten länger bleiben, obwohl wir den Grund ausführlich erklärten. Als wir nach dieser strengen Regelung um eine kleine Entschädigung in Form eines Pfirsichsafts baten (der eigentlich nur 50 Lira kostet), wurde uns lediglich Wasser angeboten. 2. *Frühstück*: Die Qualität des Frühstücks ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die angebotenen Säfte waren extrem überzuckert, die Salami von sehr schlechter Qualität und die Auswahl insgesamt sehr dürftig und eintönig. Lediglich die Eier waren in Ordnung. 3. *Rezeption*: Fragen an die Rezeption wurden entweder unhöflich beantwortet oder man legte uns direkt das Telefon auf. Besonders negativ fiel uns ein älterer Mitarbeiter auf, der äußerst unfreundlich und unsympathisch war. 4. *Zimmer und Reinigung*: Trotz aktivierter "Do Not Disturb"-Taste betrat das Reinigungspersonal unser Zimmer ohne Erlaubnis. Zudem war das Trinkwasser aus den Plastikflaschen, mit denen die Minibars aufgefüllt wurden, von sehr schlechter Qualität – es roch nach Motoröl, was auch von anderen Gästen bestätigt wurde. 5. *Lärm*: In unserem Zimmer waren ständig Klickgeräusche zu hören, die von den Relais im Elektroschrank stammten, da die Klimaanlage arbeitete. Diese Geräusche waren so laut, dass man dachte, jemand würde versuchen, ins Zimmer zu kommen.

Wrong information, upon booking it is mentioned that spa is included, but it is not. Noisy neighbourhood. Also, airport transport is not included while it says it is included. Airport transport is an extra. Staff not well informed, got two different amounts for the airport transport and expensive than taxi
