The hotel smells horrible. When we brought it up to the staff the lied that they would spray “ ozone spray” but we spent the entire stay enduring this foul smell.

The property is high and nestled on the Bosphorus call me a home body but you kind of don’t want to leave your room the views are amazing in the Bosphorus rooms and spacious. 2 Restaurants on property have a variety of local and foreign options, customer service is remarkable and seamless. Locality you are in the centre of all the attractions Istanbul has to offer. Enjoy

The property was in a great area for my trip objectives. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff and service were great. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and polite. My husband and I felf very comfortable in the hotel. The kahvaltı (breakfast)in the hotel is delicious, totally recommended. The pool area is nice and quite, also the spa. The area is safe, close to the tramway, port and subway. Taksim square is a few minutes walking. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just walking around.

This is a really good high quality smaller hotel. Staff was very attentive to needs and were helpful navigating Istanbul. I would recommend getting the room facing the Bosphorus. It is a really nice view. This location makes for easy getting around. The tram station in a hike down some steep sidewalks. Easy to get to

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We had amazing water view from our balcony. The room was comfortable and clean. The rooftop restaurant was a fun and lively place to hang out. The location was great as well, close to the main attractions and transit. Overall, wonderful!
