The staff was very helpful, and pleasant. My room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The front desk assisted promptly for a taxi to the airport at a reasonable price. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. I would stay here again.

Staff was extremely rude. Would not allow my guest up even though reservation was for 2 people. They asked for his ID which he produced but still didn’t not let him up. I have never experienced such a rude front desk staff. Now way this hotel should be VIP.

This place is a gem! It is located in a quiet side street, very close to Taksim Square and the Metro. It has the friendliest staff I have ever seen. Gozde and Ayhan in the breakfast lounge, Sibel and Ahmet at the reception were simply wonderful. The cleaning staff were also wonderful. Good location, decent breakfast and very responsive front desk on WhatsApp. If you use their airport transfer, ensure you bring cash to pay for it. The gym wasn’t much, and in fact, it doubled as the linen ironing room when I was there, so I was working out beside a lady ironing lol. Don’t bother getting the balcony room. It faces a sketch alley and other buildings. No upgrades or anything for Expedia Gold/VIP, so don’t expect that.

The property is clean and new, the stuff was good specially House keeper (Jahida) and the waitress lady and the guy I forget their name that they serve us within breakfast time they were friendly and humble. just one thing they have to fix it, some food was old, But the food was varied. ———- Her şey yolundaydı. Mülk temiz ve yeniydi, eşyalar iyiydi, özellikle ev sahibi (Jahida) ve garson kadın ve kahvaltı zamanında bize servis yapan adını unuttum adam, arkadaş canlısı ve mütevazıydı. Sadece düzeltmeleri gereken bir şey var, bazı yiyecekler eskiydi, Ama yemekler çeşitliydi.

Arrived at the hotel from airport around 6 p.m. Was given room on fifth floor. Just about the time I went to bed, 8 pm, bar/restaurant on directly across started with band and massive crowd singing. Eventually it worsened as people got drunk and became shouting, scream, stomping and the band. I asked Desk when it would cease and was told they would close at 12 midnight. At peak, there was al least 100 people in the place and noise level over the top. The Desk clerk told me he contacted the owner after 12 and he then said place would close 1 am. The crowed has lessened, it is near 1:30 am, and the people are still screaming, group singing, shouting.I This defeats purpose for my getting a room, as I needed sleep from experiencing jet lag and only stayed here to get sleep before going to a relative’s home. The staff at the hotel are kind, the food is great, the hotel is clean, but it cannot compensate for location directly across from uncivilized business with likeminded customers who disturb the entire neighborhood. I asked to change room and was told hotel rooms all full so there is not another option.
