The model service was good. The staff helped me book my taxi when i airport transfer didn't arrive. My only complaint is that the lights in the the room was not bright enough, though the lighting does give the room a different mood and feel.

Gepflegtes gutes Hotel
Wir haben das Hotel für 10 Tage gebucht. Es befindet sich wirklich 5 Gehminuten von Metro 4 Levent! Es ist ruhig gelegen. Wir sind ganz zufrieden mit dem Hotel, vorallem mit den Mitarbeitern an der Reception. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß geschnitten, gepflegt und haben Tee/Kaffeezubereitung. Frühstück war auch ok. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, irgendwie die Zeit nicht gefunden:) Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Hübsches Hotel in sehr guter Lage

I was attending meetings in the neighbor and your hotel is the closest and most reasonably priced. The continental breakfast was excellent, hot food was hot and cold food cold. There was a nice variety to choose from.

Schönes Hotel mit Mängeln im Standard Zimmer
ich war bereits zum 2x in diesem Hotel. Beim 1x war ich absolut begeistert. Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer mit einer kleine Dachterrasse und einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Daher bin ich binnen 6 Monate zum 2mal hin. Leider war es diesmal nur OK. Ich hatte einen Standard Zimmer. Diese Kategorie kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen!!!!!Ein Ausblick war gar nicht vorhanden, da direkt neben Fenster irgendwelche Abzugsrohre waren, die auch schonmal um 4 Uhr morgens loslegten. Wer dieses Hotel wählt, sollte keinen Standard Zimmer buchen. Sonst ist das Hotel sauber, schick eingerichtet und sehr gut gelegen.

Ambitious 3star
The hotel unfortunately is located or rather has a very unattractive alley way entrance. The art decor is amazing and even has a small swimming pool or a place to dip after the sauna, for which you have to tell a member of staff to swtich it on, there were one or two helpful member of stuff, language is a huge barrier as only two people managed to speak English. Staff training, customer service is probably an unfamiliar territory. There is so much potential, it would be a great stay for young adventerous couples for the price you pay, through hotrl.com i got great bargsin. Food was superb, breskfadt included with plenty of options. Small bar neefs more seating space to relax. For business i would stay again as it was close to destination otherwise i would give it a miss, because things like having an iron or the safe being so low in the wardrobe was a head rush i could avoid! They do need to improve and when they do it will be great place to stay.
