The staff was absolutely outstanding, the cleanliness was impeccable, the Hotel is in close proximity to most attractions if you enjoy walking, and just a few steps to İstiklal Avenue, a street that comes alive at night with a variety of restaurants.

A very clean and good hotel
We were very happy with our stay in this hotel, it was very clean and the staff was so nice especially a good and respectful young man named Shababa, who was very helpful if we needed anything. Very good location, it’s in “Taksim” the centrum, where there are a lot of shopping opportunities and good restaurants.

I felt the owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Helped with recommendation on where to eat, arranged massage and Turkish bath, helped us get transportation . . . Room was very spacious and clean. The location is the best.

Marlon Hotel is beyond exceptional. Service was superb. Parvin, the hotel owner was so considerate, accommodating and engaging. The hotel itself is just a block away from the shopping area and Taksim square. Walkable to Galata tower. Its a new hotel and well managed. Room was clean and we love the bathroom design and color. Our room can accommodate 3 pax as there is a queen size and a single bed - not a sofa bed. They offer free coffee, tea and water. Very much recommended. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and cooperative, especially Ms. Wafa (The daytime receptionist) and Mr. Shah (The night shift receptionist). Both of them were (five star) receptionists. If the owner asks me for a recommendation, it will be a salary raise for both of them. We shouldn't forget the manager (unfortunately) I don't know his name; he was very good as well. We had a wonderful experience at this nice hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed recommendations for breakfast or specific dishes, they were always ready to assist. On my last day, I wanted to try Sac Kavurma, and a gentleman went above and beyond by contacting a few people to find the best nearby option for me. Although the room was quite small and there was no breakfast option available, I am still very satisfied with my stay. They truly deserve a 5-star rating!

My stay in Marlon hotel was astonishing as the hotel is very new and also clean. The staff are very helpful and respectful and they answer all your questions about the activities and tours. Also, it’s very safe place because it’s near the istiqlal street and it’s very convenient because it’s it has like 2 3 minutes walking distance to Taksim square. Istiklal Street and also the metro station.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this beautiful boutique hotel. This is the perfect location to stay in Istanbul, it is central to everything. Taksin square is only a 2 min walk up the road, there are many lounges, food places, cafes within walking distance. The rooms are modern, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. We were given fresh slippers, towels and water daily. We also had a tv with Netflix which was a bonus. The toiletries in the bathroom was topped up regularly and we also had compact hair dryer in the bathroom. Parvin the manager of the hotel was really helpful, he arranged the taxis for us on a daily basis and arranged a taxi for us to the airport for €30, he also guided us with where to shop around, and really made us feel welcomed. He would go out of his way to make sure our stay was smooth. Thank you very much we will definitely be returning soon.
