The property is located in a nice area and is very central. The actual property is lacking in a lot of the standard amenities: there is no complimentary coffee and coffee pots in each room, which is really unusual for a hotel; there are no fridges in the room; housekeeping never refreshed my toiletries in the bathroom (I was always out of the vanity kit). some of the front desk staff are helpful but not always. They are also not always at the front desk which is frustrating when you are waiting there for a long time for someone to come to the desk. The cafe downstairs and the staff there are really kind.

I have been to Istanbul a lot of times. Have tried different hotels and I can honestly say, Khai Hotel is the best experience I had. It is located in a perfect district. Very close to both European and Anatolian side. Neighbourhood is very safe and full of interesting cafes, shops and people. Best staff person can ask for. Young, vibrant and interesting people who make sure your stay is perfect and easy. Rooms are clean, with all necessary amenities. Walking distance from all the main streets and attractions. It is surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes and shops. Pharmacies and supermarkets all within 200 m radius. I will definitely book my next visit with Khai Hotel. THANK YOU KHAI FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I highly recommend Khai Karakoy. The manager, Umut Aksu and staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our short stay, as we were in Istanbul for an 18-hour layover from Athens back to the US. I am particular about bathrooms and their bathroom was very clean and same for the room. They had a welcome note and some snacks for me and my partner. Such thoughtful touches were very much appreciated. Mr. Aksu was great at engaging us to understand what we wanted to do in Istanbul during our short visit, as well as ensuring we had our transportation set-up for our very early morning departure back to the airport. He made some sightseeing and dining recommendations in the area, most importantly clear directions on where we wanted to go. We hope to return to Turkiye for a longer vacation next time and Khai Karakoy would be our hotel of choice. It is such a gem of a spot to stay in. Rooms are clean, area is safe, quiet, great staff and such a great location by the Galata Bridge and walkable to a lot of attractions in the area.

Das Zimmer an sich war sehr sauber. Es war aber eher eng und klein. Man muss ein wenig schauen, dass man sich nicht auf die Füsse tritt wenn man zu zweit ist. Anonsten alles top. Umgebung top.

Sehr Zentrale Lage. Eminönü und der Galata Turm sind Fußläufig in 5-10 min. Zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat eine 1a Küche. Die Zimmer können nach Wunsch auch zu Nachmittagszeiten gereinigt werden. Hier wird Kundenzufriedenheit gross Geschrieben. Das Personal ist zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, aufmerksam und super freundlich, hier fühlt man sich wohl und willkommen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

El hotel está céntrico y tiene opiniones de transporte cerca. Todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable. La habitación no es espaciosa pero la cama, el baño, la limpieza... estaban muy bien. El personal limpieza siempre estuvo atento para todo lo que necesitábamos. Había un poco de ruido porque daba a una calle lateral y, además, había obras en un edificio cercano.

Hotel hat eine praktische Lage. Jedoch ist es nachts sehr laut (tagsüber sowieso). 1. Nacht hatte ich ein Zimmer im 1. OG direkt hinter der Rezeption. Es war ein Alptraum. Habe jeden check-in, check-out, Unterhaltung der Nachtschixht und die telefonate mitbekommen. Dann habe ich mein Zimmer gewechselt und war im 4. Stock nur noch von dem Lärm draußen belästigt. Zimmer sind sehr sauber jedoch ziemlich klein war alleine gereist und es war gerade noch so ausreichend.. Mit 2 Personen im Doppelzimmer könnte eng werden. Gerade mit Koffern usw. Kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das hotel hat eine aehr achone Dachterrasse. Die Preise der Speisen waren nicht günstig. Mein Zimmer wurde 5 Tage gereinigt, aber in der Dusche waren leider immernoch schmutz von den vorherigen Gästen. Erst nach meinem Hinweis wurde es gereinigt.
