Lovely staff, Ibrahim was fantastic, but sadly they don’t speak English. All communication is through a translating app, which doesn’t always work very well, as makes no sense. The hotel is on the main road, VERY noisy, my 5 year old and I couldn’t sleep. But it’s close to the airport. Breakfast is poor: nut spreads and bread mostly. Totally unsuitable for people with allergies. My child is allergic to nuts and I have gluten intolerance. Thankfully I brought a pack of porridge with me, which staff kindly cooked in a microwave for my son. Nice coffee though! No sleep, no decent breakfast available, therefore 3 stars from us.

Great service had a great price. Many restaurants close by and conveniently located close to the airport. Uber ride to the airport is only a few minutes. Use Uber instead of the shuttle faster and more convenient. Everything about this location is perfect.

We stayed here because we wanted to be near the IST airport. It was about a 15 minute drive and cost 500 TL to go to the hotel from the airport. The rooms are quite small and basic. The breakfast is also pretty basic with scrambled eggs, fruit and some bread products. It's fine for one night and the price is reasonable.

The hotel is 15 minutes by taxi from IST airport, so it was convenient for a very short stay before catching an early morning flight. There are some shops/resaturants on the street, so helpful if you need to grab something. The staff was helpful and let us store several bags at the hotel for a couple days. Otherwise the hotel was pretty bare bones and just OK. We slept about 6 hours and took a shower then left. I would not recommend this hotel for any other use. If you have more time, definitely go into the city and stay there.

Extended stay for work purposes in the Istanbul hotel, as conveniently located near the main city airport. Excellent staff service and hospitality throughout the extended stay. Very nice Turkish buffet breakfast each morning included in the price. Overall, highly recommend this hotel for short or even longer stays because of the general comfort factor.
