It was a decent, clean and easily accessible through public transport hotel. It was also very safe and secure. However staff may need to improve their professionalism to be able to keep repeat customers. Breakfast was very poor not much variety, not fresh and the dining area is very crammed with only about 6 tables. Internet connection was very bad and unreliable. We do not know their policies on smoking but it looks like its permited everywhere, which is not suitable for someone suffering from respiratory conditions. This is also a fire hazard, i sincerely they take these words into consideration so i will be able to come back and rebook with them in the future .

The parking is just two spaces front of the hotel. The second car parked so close to mines, that I could not open my hatchback.

كانت تجربة سيئة في هذا الفندق لمدة 6 أيام نصيحة للجميع ابتعد عن هذا الفندق لهذه العوامل ، غرف ضيقة وغير نظيفة ،معاملة جد سيئة ، عطل في المصعد ، توقيت تنظيف الغرف عشوائي بل حتى التنظيف في هذا الفندق يساوي ، تغيير المناديل لاغير فطور متواضع وغير متنوع في غرفة صغيرة تضم 4 طاولات لاغير فندق بئيس جدا

Havde bestilt værelse med 3 enkektsenge. Fik et værelse med 1 enkeltseng og 1 dobbelseng. Skuffer på værelset var fyldt med gammelt skrald. Sorte rande på kanterne i badeværelset. Dårligt afløb i badeværelset , med tilhørende stank som også bredte sig i værelset. Hårde senge og puder som beton. Vægge så tynde at larmende naboer med børn kunne høres tydeligt. Elevator virkede on and off. Personalet forstod ikke engelsk og virkede ligegyldige ved henvendelser. Hotellet er ikke anbefalelsesværdigt .

Ma reservation a été faite par internet ainsi que le paiement. J'ai choisis cet hôtel à partir des photos publié sur internet. J'ai également voulu prendre un hôtel proche des transports en commun. Complètement déçu de l'hotel. La seule chose de soigné est l'accueil. J'ai passé 4 nuits. On m'a changé chaque jour de chambre durant 3 jours. Toilette avec problème de chasse d'eau et pas de papier toilette le première jour. Le second jour on me change de chambre beaucoup plus spacieuse. C'était très agréable. Et au troisième jour on me change de chambre plus petite. Au sujet du petit déjeuner, très médiocre, les petits déjeuner ont été pris à l'extérieur. Ce que je trouve dommage dans ce magnifique pays qui est la Turquie avec de grands hommes c'est la malhonnêteté qui existe en rapport avec l'argent. J'ai demandé le prix d'un taxi pour mon retour vers le nouvel aéroport d'Istanbul. Le jeune homme a l'accueil m'indique environ 2h00 à 200 lyra. Le taxi est bien arrivé et m'a déposé en 40 minutes sans aucun embouteillage. Je me suis renseigné auprès d'un taxi pour vérifier le prix a l'extérieur de l'hôtel la veille de mon départ qui m'annonce 135 lyra. Des arrangements ou des commissions sont faites, et c'est vraiment dommage.

Aan de receptie waren ze aanvankelijk vriendelijk en beleefd,maar na herhaaldelijke opmerkingen over de vuile staat (dan zelf reinigingsprodukten kopen en zelf kuisen van bureel,lavabo,spiegel,glazen), waren ze minder vriendelijk ,we werden op een gegeven moment zelf bijna afgesnauwd omdat we onze sleutel niet meegenomen hadden .na het zelfreinging incident werd zelfs de vloer niet meer gereinigd alleen het bed werd opgemaakt en de handoken vervangen. Nergens was er een kapstok om natte jassen op te hangen alleen een kleerkast met 1 legplank waarop een reservekussen lag dus kleding moest onderin de kast gelegd worden dus geen natte jassen in de kleerkast of alles was nat er was ook geen stoel of tabouret aan het bureel. Het ontbijt was typisch turks niets op aan te merken behalve dat het iedere dag hetzelfde was, de bedden en kussens waren prima. Overal een teleurstelling want we vierden een verjaardag en huwelijksverjaardag
