Very small basic room supposed to be deluxe room. Not at all as shown in the photos. No welcome drinks Very smelly bathroom. No nice toiletries. The water leaked on the floor after shower. So puddle all the time The room was so cold. We were told this is the best theycould do Located in a small narrow road where it can be over looked by the people across the road. Lots of little tourists restaurants with extremely loud live music. Couldn't sleep at all. Very very dark. There was only half curtain in the window. So no privacy. The wall papers were peeling. The TV didn't work The only thing was good was the staff. Amazing staff

Great location. Murad is a great lad, he allowed us to check in early and helped us find a taxi for our transfer. I’d suggest Gritti Pera to work on their breakfast.

Otel hoş ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü idi. Tek bir sorun var ki, otelle değil konumla alakalı. Beyoğlu şamatasının göbeğinde olduğu için geceleri gürültüden uyumak zor olabiliyor. Sabah erken kalkmanız gerekiyorsa, bir miktar yorgun uyanıyorsunuz. Bunun dışında keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Yaptırmış olduğum oda detaylarında balkon yazmasına rağmen, rezervasyonumun durumu hakkında oteli aradığımda balkonsuz oda olduğu söylenmesi hiç hoş olmadı. Tabi yardımcı oldular balkonlu odaya ancak başka insanlar da aynı problemi yaşamamaları için, balkonlu ibaresi seçilmiş olan ve balkonu olmayan oda detaylarından kaldırılmalı.
