Good hotel and room service options. The day before my checkout, I was prompted to check out 3 times by staff. After clearing up the misunderstanding, they still went ahead and deactivated my room key card. On the day of checkout, staff refused to help me get my suitcase down to the lobby, despite them knowing I had just had surgery.

Not for tourists or families
While the hotel presented a pleasant and well-maintained environment with a friendly staff, it may not be the ideal choice for tourists or families. Situated in a somewhat secluded location, I observed that both local residents and fellow hotel guests did not exhibit a welcoming attitude towards foreigners. Consequently, I have decided not to consider staying here in the future.

Customer service really is 5 stars from all the staff unfortunatley this time the room was very hot 🔥 even with heating off and window open didnt have goodnight sleep even though the staff was great my guess is because i stayed on 19 floor and the heat goes up in the building wouldnt really blame the hotel its middle of winter so aircon wasnt on wverything else was spot on.

The staff was rude, I was in an international video call and one of the front desk guys asked to low my voice that they were trying to talk between them . I didn’t liked his tone of voice , it was rude , they don’t qualify for that job since they don’t have manners . That was my first impresión . Also the shower towels they need to buy new ones, the ones they are using are very old and deteriorated. The air conditioner was too hot, we reported it but they never showed. We slept with the windows open due we couldn’t stand the the temperatures.

Best Hotel in the Area
We’ve stayed two times at the Hilton Garden Inn while in Istanbul and it has been the cleanest Hotel we have stayed in the area. The front receptionists Ruya and Tulay were AMAZING! These two young ladies are some of the kindest and most generous I’ve seen so far on our 1 month trip to Turkey. We’ve been to many other hotels but no one was generous and helpful like these two ladies. Keep up the good work girls! Our housekeeper Kursat was wonderful and very helpful. Very generous man and takes care of any of your needs and room. Some other hotels have a bad smell to the room but there was no smell in these rooms. Great views on the upper 20th and 21st floors we stayed in. Currently, construction going on at the front so recommend booking at the back of the hotel until that building is complete. The only problem was it is a bit far from the city centre and the main attractions of Istanbul which can be a 20-30 min taxi ride. Also, wi-fi was not that great and got really slow during the night but called the front desk and they were able to fix it. There is some walking distance restaurants nearby which was great.
