NO SE LES OCURRA RESERVAR ESTE ALOJAMIENTO
Después de haber avisado al anfitrión una semana antes de nuestra llegada, de haberlo hecho el mismo día. Le escribimos para vernos en el apartamento y llegamos al mismo y nos abre la puerta otras personas que estaban allí hospedadas quedándonos tirados en la calle. El anfitrión nos escribió primero poniéndonos excusas de que estaba malo y que no podía hacer nada por nosotros. Más tarde nos escribe que nos ofrece otro hospedaje, pero nosotros al haber llegado de noche a Estambul buscamos rápidamente otro alojamiento, ya por miedo y desconfianza hacia la palabra de este señor. Le pedimos reembolso del alojamiento y nos ponia muchas excusas, aunque al final fue devuelto nuestro último día de estancia a las 2 de la mañana.

Es wurde im Vorfeld, nach den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen gefragt. Außerdem wurden wertvolle Tips für Ausflüge gegeben und ein kostengünstiges Früstücksbûfe in der Nachbarlokation organsiert und ein Leihmotorad. Wenn man kommuniziert versucht man es sofort umzusetzen. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Ужасное отношение
Все было ужасно. Во первых: Нас не встретили.Во вторых:когда пришел представитель отеля и сказал.что хозяин толи заболел,толи еще что-то.Он нам предложил другой отель с доплатой в семи километрах.После долгих переговоров о том,что мы доплачивать небудем,он предложил отдать нам деньги наличными и разойтись.Мы забрали деньги и распрощались.Нашли другие аппартаменты.Впечатление ужасное никому не рекомендую.
