The room was clean and comfortable, but there were significant issues that affected my stay: I had booked a superior double room, but the room I was given did not match that description. Prior to my stay, I informed the hotel via email that this was a business trip. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and the staff were unable to resolve the issue. The receptionist informed me that the Wi-Fi was not enabled for laptops, forcing me to purchase a dongle and rely on mobile data, which was challenging due to the hotel's weak signal. Additionally, the hotel does not provide breakfast, so I had to pay an extra £8 per day for breakfast, which was not worth the cost.

The hotel was cute and charming, staff was super cooperative. Breakfast was not worth $9/person. You could get very good breakfast with the same amount of money in Mashhad, restaurant next door. If I ever come back I will stay here again.

Ich wollte dir nur sagen, dass ich auch gratis nicht in dieses Hotel übernachten würde. Das war echt eine falsche Entscheidung von mir. Die Bilder haben mich total getäuscht. Es ist das schlechteste Hotel in Istanbul! Der Parkplatz wird von dem Hochzeitsraum nebenan die ganze Woche blockiert, nicht nur am Wochenende. Ich habe um 19 Uhr an der Rezeption gesagt, dass im Zimmer keine Fernbedienung ist, und sie hat versprochen, eine zu organisieren. Erst um 22:20 Uhr kam sie, aber die hat nicht funktioniert, keine Batterie oder so. Ich wollte duschen, aber der Duschkopf war kaputt. Dann habe ich am nächsten Morgen wieder an der Rezeption nachgefragt, dass mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt ist und der Duschkopf defekt ist. Der Mitarbeiter sagte, er kümmert sich drum, aber nichts ist passiert. Einfach katastrophal!

Oda temizdi, yatak konforluydu. Banyoda duş başlığı kırıktı sabit durmuyordu, duş jeli şampuan hangisinin ne olduğu belli değildi lavabo biraz kirliydi sararmıştı. Duvarlar çok ince her ses içeri geliyor. Kullanılan malzemeler kalitesizdi (terlik, tuvalet peçetesi vs.)
