We only stayed at the De Reve for 1 night because we were catching a cruise ship the next day. Istanbul is such a great city and we would love to come back and stay longer. If/when we do, we would definitely stay at the De Reve again. The hotel was amazing but the staff was even better! The couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, plus the breakfast was really, really good!

Beautiful hotel in top location. Close to public transport, best rooftop terrace with an amazing view. Staff was very helpful and simply wonderful. Very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel is too expensive for what it is. Staff has very little english knowledge. Very noisy site, the Pub downstairs does not help. Repetitive breakfast offer. Extra large rooms are a plus.

From the host checking us in to the assistance received with our bags and all the warm smiles and generosity, there is no reason for us to consider another place. Now add in the fact that the location is beyond perfect for any thing you’re wanting to do and now this is a solid choice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had a sea view of the a Bosporus. The Irish pub was great as we watched the euro cup and the atmosphere was textbook futbol in Türkiye. If you’re considering this place, there is nothing bad to speak of here. Also, almost forgot, the rooftop lounge and view was pretty darn awesome as well. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up?! Solid choice and the price great too.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the De Reve Galata. Our check-in was a little slow as they were helping other guests but we enjoyed a cup of tea while we waited - outside in the cafe as their reception area is very very small. Once checked in we had nothing but a wonderful stay. Great room (we had sprung for the upgrade with balcony and small sitting area) and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff was very helpful getting us an appointment at a nearby Hamas for a Turkish bath when the standard tourist places were full since it was Sunday. It was a wonderful experience, thanks for helping us find this gem! The hotel is newly renovated with great linens in the bathroom. A wonderful breakfast each morning in the cafe - shout out to all the staff but specifically Mustafa and Ireme who made us feel like we were at home. The hotel is located in a great location, easily walkable. Close to a tram stop and lots of fun dining options. I would highly recommend if you are looking for something just a little different from a standard hotel. The entire staff went out of their way to make our staff enjoyable. Thank you!

If you are looking for a smart , comfortable hotel with excellent staff- look no further. The room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and perfectly quiet! The breakfast ( included) was delicious and caters for everyone. The hotel is two minutes from the Galataport district, next to the river with many shops bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are fantastic, so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks for a great stay!

Do not stay at this hotel- they gave me food poisoning from their chicken wrap and I was in the hospital. My sister also got sick from their food and had diarrhea. They had non stop construction noises and we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was bad- Staff was not accommodating. Overall, do better than this place

The lobby staff were very professional and ensured our stay was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Mustafa the cafe manager was amazing! He was so polite and always went above and beyond to deliver a smooth and quick breakfast service. He also gave excellent recommendations on restaurants and locations to visit. I have been traveling for 3 straight months. This was my final stop and I was anxious what I was going to experience. 9 countries and countless hotel bedrooms later, this newly opened hotel was a wonderful end to a long business trip. This small, newly opened boutique hotel is part of a family run small chain. From the moment I arrived, the owner and his team were constantly at hand to offer great advice, help with bookings and make recommendations. The hotel bed room was large (# 301), beautifully furnished with an exceptionally comfortable king bed. I dined in the restaurant...a little disappointing, I would have expected more options at breakfast. Hotel staff were exceptional. I had used the laundry service and my laundry never returned. The Owner didn't quibble over my loss and promptly provided a full-refund. Location is stunning in the newly developed Galataport area with tons of cute restaurants and cute stores all within walking distance. My new go to Hotel in this stunning city. I can't wait to return.
