Cage like Standard Room
Very disappointed. We booked a standard room with two twin beds. The room was very tiny like a cage unlike the picture on the website. No view. A small window. However, a small TV on the desk. The hotel service was poor. We asked multiple times for a slipper and was not sent to the room or was not given at the reception desk. Not recommended if you look for a standard room that should be designed for two people.

I dont recomed this hotel to others,
the room prices are over rated, although we had been upgraded to a corner room, but on check in the bed cover, and sheets were dirty, the towels were verybold, the Aircodetioner was not cooling. Location is OK, The reception team were nice but over all the room rate is expensive for such level,

The roof family’s room NOT of the stander of 5 stars hotel , Aircond.is poor and curtains of poor quality.House keepers never mob the floor during my stay more than 2 weeks! The family room in the basement NOT of the standard of 5 stars hotels Upon checking out the manager at the reception asked for extra 350 EUR , saying that prices getting higher although I paid for my stay a nonrefundable in advance! Finally he accepted to settle it with 200EUR Breakfast was average
