La Maison Blanche is located in Issenheim, this beautiful 140m² house will welcome you with family or friends. Take advantage of this beautiful space it is a haven of peace with a large private green space behind the house.
This house is located in a village 20km from Mulhouse. Issenheim is a small village, with a supermarket in the town centre, a bakery, an ATM, as well as a selection of shops.

The house is composed on the first level:
🛋️ a living room with sofa area, television, for those who like to read a selection of books in the library as well as a dining area.
🍴 The dining kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, pod coffee machine (Senseo), grill bread, pans, pots, dishes, kitchen utensils.
For your winter evenings, a raclette machine is available.
🚿🚽 a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, on the ground floor.

🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
🧹 cleaning will be done,
🛏️ the bed will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

🅿️ The accommodation includes: 3 free parking spaces in the driveway next to the house.

House rules:
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.

⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
