"L’appartement était exactement comme prévu. Très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, équipement parfaitement adéquat pour notre court séjour. Le contact s’est bien déroulé. "Wir haben einen Parkplatz reserviert, als wir ankamen, hatte es für uns keinen Parkplatz frei. Es war mühsam, einen freien Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu finden. Das Appartement/Zimmer war unsauber und teils unvollständig (WC nicht geputzt, Hahn hat getropft, nur 2 anstatt 3 Decken waren vorhanden, Föhn hat nicht funktioniert). Nach unserer Beanstandung wurde alles zur Zufriedenheit erledigt. Morgenessen war sehr fein."

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"Near the Colmar train station and centre of bus network. Very clean, well-run and organized. Very good breakfast (extra). Front desk staff very helpful, fluent in English and German too. Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets. "The staff were very helpful and the rooms very clean. They seemed to have been recently renovated. The hotel was situated close to the centre of town. However, the area around the hotel seemed dirty and there were many vacant shops etc. "
