"Good location in center with parking, clean, but limited working hours of reception -we adviced our arrival a bit later coming from another city,reception was empty 5 minutes earlier, we rang, no answer, we rang again, a women almost shouted unfriendly that we dont need to ring more times, but we were worried nobody was there. "The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby."

"Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately weather did not cooperate and Chioggia being mostly a beach town we found it difficult to stay occupied after the first day. Will have to come back during the summer ☀️"
