"We had a lovely stay at this apartment and found everything we needed. It is beautifully located near the Rocca which made it very convenient when I decided to hike the trail. It is also very close to the center and ocean. It was clean and well lit and had a lot of good closet space for storing clothes. It might be noted that there is one large bedroom with a large bed and a twin bed and the other bed is a sofa bed in the kitchen living room area. Our hosts were lovely and live on the property...

"We had an excellent 3 night stay at Salvatore's apartment. There was plenty of space for the two of us. We loved spending time sitting out on the huge balcony eating/having a drink, enjoying the beautiful view. "The owner is right nearby and couldn't have been more helpful. The house is spacious very comfortable and well equipped. The views are magnificent and the town is town is quiet -- three restaurants and that's about it. You need a car (and a careful driver) and this is a good base to use to see surrounding attractions away from the crowds."

"We had a wonderful stay here.. the house was very clean & modern with everything we needed.. with lots of outdoor areas & various seating to follow the sun around, which is a lovely touch. Beautiful clean shared pool with plenty of loungers. Excellent host Nicola who was very attentive & helpful. "During 8 weeks touring Italy as a family of 4 (2 children), this was our favourite accommodation by far. Very clean second story flat with more than enough room for us. The place has lots of character and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a lengthy stay. Lots of beach toys and furniture included. "Property located adjacent to very old olive tree orchard. Scenic mountain back drop with ocean view. Spacious upstairs flat with full amenities. Beautiful pool and garden in the yard. Private driveway. Only 2 cons, must have rental car because located in a hard to access part of Trabia, roads are difficult to navigate. And property owners speak very little English, so just plan to use google translate. Highly recommend if you are looking for the real Sicilian experience!"

"We were an adult family group of n Sicily for the first time and Villa Consiglio was the perfect place to explore from. The Villa, pool and its many terraces enjoy views towards Palermo and Cefalu which could be easily reached by car or train. The villa was quiet and away from the centre but just a few minutes to the town by car. The owners went to great lengths to welcome us and Carlo was always available to deal with any questions, to guide us to the villa and run us to the train station....
