The Residence at Sweetgrass

This luxurious condo at the Residence at Sweetgrass is the only new condo in the acclaimed Wild Dunes resort on the beautiful Isle of Palms, SC. Located next to the famous Boardwalk Inn and Grand Pavilion. Restaurants, shops, gym, beauty salon/spa on ground floor of building. There is a brand new full service Spa at Sweetgrass with 14 treatment rooms, 2 private plunge pools with large private patio and whisper lounge.

The condo also includes a private patio off each bedroom and a designated work at home area.

Right in the center of all the action in Wild Dunes. Tennis, Golf and Pickleball. There are miles of biking and hiking trails through lush gardens, ocean views and amidst the beautiful Wild Dunes homes. The OCEAN is less than 200 hundred yards away. Room service available. The condo does not have access to the Hyatt Pools.

Multiple on site restaurants offering everything from fine dining to pool side drinks, breakfast to dinner, pizza place, ice cream, snacks, roof top bar, taco stand and more., all within steps of the condo.

Amenities include 2 Fazio golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, bicycle rentals, kayak tours, deep sea fishing, barrier island eco tours, and jet-ski rentals. All within a few blocks of Wild Dunes. There are great restaurants and workout facility. The new convention center is steps from our condo.

Beautiful Charleston is 16 miles away and a 27 minute drive.

Loved our condo and all that Wild Dunes has to offer
We loved staying here an enjoying the pools and beach. We were close enough to enjoy the carriage tour in Charleston and Middleton Plantation. We also enjoyed hanging out on the plaza and watching the people…a lot of comfortable seating.

Isle of Palms Resort Stay
Great location with plenty of space for a family of four to vacation comfortably. Very walkable access to resort amenities (beach, pool, restaurants, ice cream shop), great covered parking spot close to an elevator that lets out super close to the room, and property manager was very responsive.

Wonderful family vacation

Great location with lots of perks. The unit itself is in need of some minor repairs but overall it was a great space. The relationship between the Resort and check in process could be better but we had a great stay overall. We would stay there again.

Location was wonderful. The condo was clean and quiet. Perfect for a family. The check in process was a little different than what was directed but the staff was very friendly and courteous and helped us out. Parking was included and easy.

There were 3 friends from college and had a comfortable and beautiful weekend in Charleston. The accommodation was beautiful and the location on the beach was fabulous. Close proximity to airport and downtown. The resort had wonderful amenities that we enjoyed when we didn’t want to drive to downtown. We loved it!

Dance Competition Getaway
We were very busy attending dance nationals but found time to hit the beach and enjoy the shops and cafes on the property. The walk to the beach is easy and quick. The kitchen is well enough appointed to enable us to prepare our own meals so we can keep our dancers healthy. Great place, great time!

Couldn’t be easier
My husband and I rented this property. Location was great and accommodations were too! Centrally located and the owner was very easy to work with. We didn’t need such a big place for just the two of us but it was sort of last minute. Great amenities all nearby with easy access to the beach and pools, as well as restaurants and bars. Would recommend without hesitation.

A great place to enjoy Wild Dunes
We loved our time at 302A in the Villages at Wild Dunes. The condo was very roomy and clean. It had everything that we needed and more! And, the large wrap around deck was a nice surprise and something that we used a lot. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We parked our car and didn’t need to move it until we left to head home. Very easy and short walk to the beach and close to all Wild Dunes amenities. John was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Would Stay Again
1st time to SC and our kids (13,11) wanted to stay on the ocean. We live in the Midwest so didn’t want to have to drive to the ocean/beach. From the condo down to the ocean was maybe 1/4 mile so not a bad walk at all. Condo looks like the pics. IOP is a beautiful place and the Wild Dunes is a great area. Parking was easy. We liked having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kids liked each having their own beds. Husband spoke with owner and he was helpful. We loved IOP and Charleston and will be back.

Beautiful place!!
We recently stayed at this Wild Dunes property and it was beautiful. Modern, clean, and very comfortable. The master bedroom is lovely and the master bath has a full tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the bath has a spacious shower (but no tub). The kitchen is wonderful with modern appliances. Lots of space to move around and not be under each other's feet. Large balcony with a view of the resort. This is the perfect property for a vacationing family or for friends wanting to spend some quality time together. The owner was very nice and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!!

Exceeded expectations!
Our family recently returned to Charleston to vist with loved ones and friends. I had suspected this condo to be "nice"- but wow- it was luxuriously nice! The views of the fountain from the wrap around porch were lovely to sip coffee by while enjoying the breezes. The kitchen was decked out with stainless steel everything- and even had the kind of knives my husband "the chef" prefers. I could go on and on but with a baby in my lap it's kind of hard to. :) John was great to work with- and we know where we want to stay from now on!

The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We also appreciated the list of suggestions for restaurants, etc. in the area. The condo was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the beach and hot tub during our stay. Not far from all Charleston has to offer! Would defineately return.

A comfortable and nice stay
The check-in process was a snafu because of 2 weddings taking place. Front desk people were helpful.. The decks were nice but with limited view while seated due to the concrete wall. Very clean and the owner was responsive to our needs. We would rent this unit again.
