Recently redecorated, this Sea Cabin villa is quaint and cozy, but also offers every feature that you might need! Utilize the private balcony to soak up the beautiful ocean views, walk down to take a dip in the community pool, or take advantage of the private fishing pier. This family-friendly getaway also offers great and direct beach access for the beachgoers of the group and shared grills–don't hesitate to channel your grilling master and surprise your group with deliciously grilled meals.

You’re located in the heart of the Isle of Palms shopping and dining district when staying in the Sea Cabin Villas. Walk to food, drinks, shops, live music venues, and of course – the beach! The Isle of Palms County Park is right next to your vacation rental and there you will find a convenient picnic area, boardwalks, sand volleyball, children's play area, snack bar, and plenty of other facilities to truly enjoy the beach area. If you're looking for live entertainment, make sure to visit the Crabpot Players or A Charleston Harpist, which are less than one mile away and two miles away respectively. Hop in the car and drive only 13 miles to experience the history and rich culture of downtown Charleston.

At the end of the day, get comfortable on the new sofa and recliner, and rinse off under a warm stream of water in the brand-new walk-in shower.

Sea Cabins are Great!
Sea Cabins are a great location - right on the beach and the main drag of IOP. Our kids loved that there was a pool and we loved that it was short walk across the parking lot to the beach access and the view from our balcony! Our condo could use some work and a deep cleaning but we were at the beach and had a great time and that’s what mattered! Would definitely stay at Sea Cabins again!

One of our best Sea Cabin experiences!
We’ve stayed at Sea Cabins nearly every visit to IOP, and this unit had it all - nicely furnished and maintained, well stocked, accurately described; comfortable; terrific view. We’d rent again, and really enjoyed working with Vacasa from start to finish.

Great beach weekend
This was a moms weekend away. There were 5 of us. We had plenty of room for all of us and, slept comfortably. We found the place to be very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and it was walking distance to everything we needed for the weekend. Had a great time and already planning for next years getaway.

Cute condo facing beach
This condo definitely provided what we needed for a long weekend stay near Charleston. Views of the ocean are better than pictures show. Condo is a little small and furniture a little dated, but they use the space very efficiently. The condo was clean upon arrival. Wyndham was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The ad called it stunning - it was not. It was extremely outdated, had only a full size bed when it was advertised to have a Queen bed, had tiny bunks with styrofoam mattresses (my husband had to sleep there since we can't sleep in only a full size bed together), and the tv had no cable connection. We loved the location, but would never stay there again.

A lot of confusion at check in. We were delayed in traffic over 2 hours getting from Charleston to IOP. After hours for check in. I was never told that you have a separate building for check in than where we usually check in. Had to make several calls to get info to get into the Sea Cabin. I will now know when I come back to IOP.

Out dated! Like VHS out dated! We rented 4 units for this week and this was the only unit that looked old and unkept. We paid as much as the other up to date units. The location is good and the pool is nice with a good beach access, but that was all. Nothing good about the unit.

Look for another unit
Pros: Location Parking Pool Cons: Blood on the bathroom wall Moldy shower curtain Air filters hadn’t been changed since April. Apartment was constantly wet feeling. Floors were gross, sand to be expected, but the floors in general were gross. Management did send someone to change the shower curtain and clean the blood off the wall once we notified them. They were supposed to refund our cleaning fee for the issues, but we haven’t seen that. Save yourself the time and find another unit to rent.

Moldy smell! Bad place! Do NOT stay in this house!
I want to give them 0 star. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The house smells moldy, when the air cuts on, you can smell the mold thru the vents. The blankets looks like they have not been washed and just fold it up and put it up. The sofa bed had a sheets on it with sand and dry blood stains on the side. The vent has build up dust. The toilet would go off all the time, and you would have to flush twice every time we use it. They left us a watery soap in the bathroom for us. We had to left this place the next morning because I was afraid my children and I were breathing in bad air that we don’t need. And I had to find another place to stay for our vacation. It’s ridiculous! I messaged someone about these matters and all they could say is we are looking into this matter, someone will contact me. They never contact me.

The place was great. We had a blast. Can walk to everything you need.
Loved the room. Property was clean. We only had one problem - the television did not work. I sent a text to 843-882-5517, per the instructions but never heard back from anyone. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it may be for someone else, so you may want to go check it out.

Great location to Beach
Can't beat location to beaches,pool and restaurants, you can access Harris Teeter by foot as well. The twin bunk beds are tiny and rather uncomfortable, we didn't use them. Good accommodations for a week.

Outdated but good location
The toilet and fridge didn’t work the first two days at the property. It wasn’t clean at all when we arrived so we spent the first day cleaning. I was back and forth via text with a Vasca team member who assured my management would be in contact with me it never happened. We asked for the air filter on the furnace to be changed because we were waking up with breathing issue and it was filthy, that also never happened. The condo is outdated which we don’t mind but the toilet and fixtures in the bathtub need to be changed badly. The location to the beach, and pool were great however I wouldn’t stay at this property again, which is sad because this was my kids first time at the beach.

IOP stay
We had the best week on IOP! This condo is the perfect beach front location. Pool was chilly but the kids loved it. The condo was the perfect size for our family with small kids. The unit itself could use some cosmetic updates. And maybe a mattress pad for the pull out couch.
