Oceanfront Experience - Shipwatch C-214 - with Free Ocean Breeze

We are the relatively new owners of this amazing second floor unit, in the desirable Shipwatch Villas. C-214 has some of the greatest views of the ocean in Shipwatch. Since the parking garage is underneath the building, the view is actually a third floor view.

Two of the three bathrooms were completely remodeled at the end of 2023.

The views from our balcony also include lush tropical landscape and a bit of the beautiful Shipwatch pool, the biggest and best pool in Wild Dunes. It's also a mineral pool. There's also a kiddy pool.

Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bath! King beds in the master (Admiral's Suite) and first guest room (Captain's Quarters). Both a double bed and a twin bed are in the second guest room (First Mates' Room). There's also a pull out sofa in the sitting room.

The spacious open living areas and bathrooms have tile flooring. In 12/2019, we replaced the carpet in the bedrooms with luxury vinyl tile. No questionable carpet!

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, updated cabinets and bar seating. New microwave installed in 3/2021. New standard/convection/air fryer/dehydrator oven and refrigerator installed in 1/2022.

The large patio is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom and is the perfect place to enjoy stunning sunrises. We purchased new comfy sectional patio furniture in the summer of 2019. I think we are only one of two units in Shipwatch that has a sectional sofa on the balcony. I've slept out there many a time.

We purchased new TVs for the entire place. The one in the sitting room is 50" HD 4K Smart TV.

In addition to the nightly rate, a 10% South Carolina state and a 4% Charleston County tax will be added to your charges. A $200 Cleaning Fee, $250 administration fee and a $59 Damage Protection Insurance Premium to cover up to $1,500 accidental damage (or you can choose to pay a $1500 refundable damage deposit, if no damages). VRBO charges ~14% of booking for their website.

This was the perfect rental for us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The unit was clean and contemporary with two baths upgraded recently. Furniture was nice and kitchen was well-stocked. Owner was incredibly helpful with all questions. I will rent here again for sure.

Perfectly Vacation Rental
This property was perfect for our family of 4. We vacationed with our 24 year old son and my mother. With three bedrooms and three baths, everyone had more than enough room. The condo was fully socked, very clean and felt like a home away from home.

Just amazing!
Lori was absolutely amazing. She was so communicative and the property was just gorgeous. It was only about a five minute walk to the beach with pool for us to get in after. only about a 30 to 40 minute drive to the city of Charleston, I would definitely stay here again. each room having their own bathroom was definitely an upside, you will not regret staying here.

This was the first time that we have stayed in Wild Dunes. The unit was all that we expected. It was very comfortable and the size was perfect. The amenities provided were as described in the description. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day was a great perk. Communication with the owner was excellent. This condo was comfortable and had amazing views. The owner was very responsive about any concerns prior to our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy while trying to avoid restaurants during this time. Our family absolutely loved the condo, pool, and short walk to the beach. Beautiful stay @ IOP with many sights around
Enjoyed the location in a "gated" community. This resort and all those around seemed well maintained and clean. Walking and biking was quiet and low traffic. We were able to bike as a family to a few dining places within minutes. Short day trips to the surrounding area was fairly effortless. The only slower traffic was on Palms Blvd around weekends. Charleston and other key places have a lot to do and we enjoyed sight seeing. We also enjoyed the beach days and the views from the back of the unit.
