This condo features a spacious living area with comfortable seating & a new Queen Sofa bed (2024), a large Smart TV in the living room, and access to your own private balcony where you can enjoy stunning ocean views. The decor is beach-themed and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen or even the private balcony area is perfect for enjoying your creations or a morning coffee. The bathroom is clean and modern, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. Linens included. No Smoking. No Pets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was great; easy to book, check in/out. The room it’s self was good but needed some repairs. The doorknob on the inside of the shutter door was broken and just had a metal piece sticking out, the fold out couch was stained and the bed part was vey hard to pull in/out and the balcony floor was soft underneath the carpeting. We loved staying her minus those few things. We loved the private beach, pier and pool access.

The bathroom plugins hairdryer and flat iron kept falling out and lighting was very lacking and paint coming off mirrow. The TV was terrible you could not operate it to get local abc cbs nbc and there were no instructions how to operate it. Put on in that people can operate.

Kylie in the office went the extra mile to take care of us.The unit itself was very clean but a bit tired. The owners need to update the coffee maker (rusty) and the kitchen items as they were well used.The location of the unit was just at the top of the stairs to it was and easy in and out. Be sure to bring a sleeping mask as the outdoor lights are very bright even with the shades.
