Upper Level:

Ocean Views: Enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean from the oversized windows and upper deck.

Kitchen: The gorgeous kitchen includes custom stainless-steel appliances, a farm sink, ice maker, and a large island with swivel chair seating for five.

Dining Area: Choose to dine in the kitchen, dining room, or outside on the balcony, which offers plenty of seating and a perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Living Room: Furnished with a plush navy couch, two sleek chairs, and two cozy swivel chairs, the main living area is perfect for reading or conversing with friends and family. A large flat screen TV is available for streaming your favorite movies or shows.

Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious king bed, a large closet, double vanity sinks, and a beautiful walk-in shower.

First Level:

Bedrooms: All bedrooms are en suite. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed and private bathrooms with gorgeous tile showers. The 4th bedroom includes a full bathtub/shower combo, ideal for bathing little ones.

Ocean Views: Enjoy light and ocean views on this floor.

Living Space: A beachy living area with comfortable furnishings and a large flatscreen TV offers a great space for guests to spread out.

Laundry Room: The oversized laundry room provides direct access to the outside deck and beach shower, offering a convenient spot for beach bags and towels.

Outdoor Features

Deck: Relax on either the top or lower deck while enjoying the ocean view and salt air. The lower deck is equipped with a flat screen TV, mini fridge, and sink, allowing you to watch your favorite shows and enjoy the outdoors simultaneously. The upper deck off the kitchen inspires al fresco dining.

Outdoor Shower: Rinse off after the beach in the beautiful tiled outdoor shower. Private half bath adjacent to shower.

Garage: A two-car garage includes an EV charger for electric vehicles.

With its ideal location, modern amenities, and stunning views, this home is perfect for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. Just a few steps off the porch, you'll be on your way to the beach, making for an easy, short walk even with little ones.

A few important notes to be aware:

- NO HOUSE PARTIES. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 4 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family vacation rental that is also located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings.
- Guest must be at least 35 years of age in order to rent and occupy the home.
- For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front exterior entrance of the home.
- This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
- This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS (16), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (10) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Fantastic Beach House!!
Can't say enough great things about this house. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 teen age boys in town for a baseball tournament. The kitchen was super well-appointed with everything you could possibly need to cook meals in. The bedrooms were comfortable and great AC! Loved the decks and outdoor set up with a close easy walk to the beach. Would certainly stay here again.

Very responsive owners, we felt very welcomed! Loved the sunset walks on the beach.
We enjoyed our visit so much last April, we decided to go back in a different season. We again enjoyed the huge windows, with peeking views of the ocean just a block away and large majestic oak trees that feel protective. The shared indoor spaces are bright and beautifully decorated, which are so comfortable to eat, talk, read, stretch, relax indoors during a cooler season. Daily walks along the beach in morning and at sunset, with trips to restaurants in nearby towns and Charleston made our winter visit worth it once again. The owners of this beautiful house were very responsive and we felt very welcomed.

The beach house was perfect in every way. And so close to Charleston and more! We will definitely return!
We flew in for a long weekend. Five women who have been sister-friends for forever, finally together! What a spectacular place for our reunion! The beach house was perfect in every way. There was ample room for all of us with plenty of en-suite bathrooms, and each space was thoughtfully decorated both for practical purposes and to make us smile! I stayed in the mermaid room. Tastefully done, with real art, mind you… The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more, with a large and long center Island having comfy stools for all of us. Here we had a newly done space having high ceilings, an open concept from the kitchen into the living room / dining areas. Large doors and windows pulled us to great decks outside with different places to sit, a grill and even an outdoor shower. A real one! Great flat screen TV’s both upstairs and down. And we found ourselves in a community having a fabulous golf course, excellent restaurants, a top notch gym and more! A complete pleasure! And so close to Charleston and more! We will definitely return!

We absolutely loved this house! It was exactly as it was pictured on-line: clean, spacious, provided everything we needed. It was so nice having a bathroom with each bedroom. We loved the outdoor spaces as well. The outdoor shower was such a bonus to help keep sand out of the house. There was easy access to the beach, just a short walk down the street. Would definitely rent again!

This is a gorgeous and immaculately clean vacation home. It has plenty of space for a family or a group of couples to vacation in luxury and not be on top of each other all the time. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made getting ready a breeze. While the furnishings and appliances are top notch, the house is set with the best of everything making it easy to cook great meals and making it easy to keep it clean and tidy. It was a very quick walk across the street to a great beach that was not crowded at all. Overall, I give this vacation rental 5*'s- it is highly recommended.

Great location, water views from the house! Perfect place for a family vacation.
I have just returned from a fabulous vacation staying in this house for 5 days. Its location could not be any better. There are water views from the house and it is just across the street to the beach access, and a short walk to the bike rental shop, tennis courts and pickleball courts. We had so much to do! I like to stay active so that was great, but if you just wanted to kick back and relax, one could easily do it on the nice porch or on the beach. The house itself is stocked with everything one could need including. It is spacious, beautiful and everything looks brand new. It is the perfect place for a family vacation!!

Our stay at 3 Conch Ct far exceeded my expectations. It is a new, immaculate, beautifully appointed home with a kitchen that really does have what you need to cook for a family that this house will comfortably hold. This is not at all your typical rental, it is a carefully curated home with comfortable, distinctive furniture, lots of light, and cozy beds. The location is wonderful as it is a short block from the beach and there is a washer and dryer in the first floor mud room so sand doesn’t get dragged through the house!This house is located in a neighborhood with walking/biking paths too. Great home! We hope to return!

Wonderful stay at this dream vacation home!
We had a wonderful stay at 3 Conch Ct. It is a dream vacation home by the beach in an elite community. A designer’s touch meets the sun and sand where every comfort and convenience is present and carefully planned for your stay! This beach home has a beautiful common living area with soaring ceilings that easily accommodates guests for group cooking, snacking, TV watching and formal dining. This setting that is full of large, high windows that captures the views of the mature, full trees that surround the home. This is the closest to tree house living one can be without being in the trees! Then, step out onto one of the many decks and you are among the birds and bathed in sun! Another common area in the lower level is for those who wish to have a quieter moment or watch a different option on the large screen TV. Four comfortable bedrooms with king or queen size beds and en-suite provides privacy and quiet, with blackout blinds for those who wish to sleep-in or indulge in longer naps during the day! Laundry is a dream in the spacious room dedicated to managing the many items that come home after a day at the beach- bathing suits, towels, and sunscreen drenched clothes and sandy shoes. It all stays on the lower level away from the bedrooms and formal living areas upstairs. A private outdoor shower off the side entrance washes away the salt water. You will feel relaxed, refreshed and renewed when vacationing in this gem by the sea, as well did!

Spacious, private home with gorgeous views! Highly recommend this property.
Seven of us spent the most wonderful 4 days at this lovely home. Every detail has been considered which makes the place extraordinarily easy to enjoy. The home is tastefully furnished with plenty of space for people to either gather together or enjoy some individual privacy. The upstairs common area is filled with sunlight; the surrounding trees lend a treehouse quality coupled with a gorgeous view of the ocean just a short block away. The beach rivals any I've seen in the Southeast US. I highly recommend this property and look forward to going back!!

Everything about our stay at our rental was AWESOME!!! Communication with the owners was quick and responsive! Clear details about check in and check out. The house was AMAZING! Gorgeous, newly updated, clean, super comfortable beds and linens. Bathroom in every bedroom! Outside shower and bathroom for coming in from the beach. Kitchen was so big and nice to cook in. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the house was! Washer and dryer! Ring doorbell system! Garage to park your car in. We will defiantly be staying here again. Great location to the beach. Situated in a beautiful cul de sac, with a grand entrance into a bright, open space that just calls out for relaxation (or big party, if you prefer)! The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with new, top of the line appliances. We loved having the beach a short 3-minute walk away. And there's a wonderful outdoor shower too. Each bedroom has comfortable beds, private bathrooms and charming decorations. It is a perfect house for a group or big family. Our hosts/management company were very responsive and helpful.

Our place in Wild Dunes was more than we could have expected! First the location was fabulous; offering a view of the ocean from a lovely terrace, where we would take our breakfast daily. Second, the decor and set up were perfect; every bedroom had its own full bath, very comfortable and well appointed. We were only two couples so we could easily spread out. Love love loved the kitchen - beautiful, convenient and wonderful to hang out in. The house fit our every need and truly felt more like a home. When we return to the Charleston area, we will definitely want to stay here again.
