“Little Cottage by the Sea” at 5 Twin Oaks Lane
There is so much to fall in love with at “Little Cottage by the Sea”. This hidden gem of a cottage has been completely renovated with the look and feel of a “Coastal Farmhouse”. Built with love and style that will bring you back year after year.
Here is a list of highlights from the reconstruction of “Little Cottage by the Sea”:
A hot tub-splash pool was constructed making it truly unique in Wild Dunes.
The kitchen was enlarged, with all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, countertops, with every kitchen utensil, pot, pan, storage container or small appliance that you would need on vacation.
A coffee bar was added that is fully stocked for your stay.
Pottery Barn furniture and accessories are exclusively featured throughout the cottage.
New flooring and beautiful shiplap planks create the beach cottage feel.
Outdoor living provides a special escape with a complete exterior living room on the screen porch, gas grill on the deck, and ping pong/corn hole and other games down below.
If you cannot escape work or school, super hi-speed internet service is provided as well as a writing desk. Five new smart televisions have been installed including one outdoors.
An additional full bathroom was constructed, making it one of the only cottages featuring three bedrooms with three full baths.
New dining room features seating for eight plus two at the kitchen table.
Finally, there are as many extras as seashells on the beach such as board games, labeled switches and knobs, full size stacked washer/dryer, new bedding, built in bunk beds, barn doors, and a new exterior.
