Great place to stay in IOP
We really enjoyed our stay in the sea cabins, the room was very clean and the owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo/location
We spent two weeks in Sea Cabin 343 C and it was a great place to stay. Located on the 3rd floor, and from our balcony, We sat and had coffee while looking directly out to a beautiful sunrise every morning. See the ocean as far as one can see. It was awesome. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, and along with a few guests that stayed for a few days. All the provided amenities were in good shape. Stores, restaurants, shops were all within walking distance of the condo as well. What more could you want? Would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great little condo
I was travelling with my parents on a family adventure and found this little condo available. My parents had the bedroom and I slept on the sofa bed. We used the bunk beds to store our stuff giving us more room in the living areas. This unit is very well eqipped. The kitchen had everything you could need. It is really nice that each unit has a private balcony facing the ocean! Thanks!

Upon arrival we realized there was a wierd smell in the bedroom. I sprayed lysol, and even changed the sheets to some i had brought from home. But still the smell was that of dirty feet or a smell that was not appealing. The condo really needed updating. After the price the conso was i qould havr exapected better. Waa not satistifed and

The MOST Beautiful View You Could Ask For
This condo was a great place to spend our 5 days in the Charleston area. The location, right on the beach, is superb. Condo is located on the 3rd floor (the reason that the view is so awesome) which may put some people off. We were fine with it, but someone with limited mobility might want to choose another unit. Good kitchen. Plenty of cookware, dishes, flatware (better knives would be a plus). The condo is a bit dated and could use some updating (artificial plants could go and the sleeper sofa could use to be replaced), but we forgot about any minor flaws the minute we looked out the sliders to the beach view. And, Charleston is only a half-hour drive away. We would definitely return in a minute.

This condo was perfect for all our wants and needs. It provides very convenient, private access to the beach, and it is located near many restaurants and shops in IOP. The host provided detailed instructions for check-in, check-out, wi-if, you name it! I had no questions or concerns about our stay the entire trip.

The property is amazing!
The property was perfect! The view from the balcony was breathtaking with coffee every morning!! Neighbors were quiet, walk to the beach was easy and quick. The Condo itself was clean with all the utensils and needs for cooking were provided. A short distance to the grocery store was very convenient!!!

All communication regarding check in was complete—made the process so easy! Location exceeded our expectations! A really special place! Planning on returning to this building! Was not able to reach property manager with a question we had, which was a little disappointing—glad it wasn’t about anything terribly important.

Very nice location to beach and to restaurants and shops.
Nice location Just enough room for 2 people... furniture and decorations are a little out dated ...but it was comfortable. Provided everything you needed... just need to bring essentials and food and your all set! Walmart is close and Target.

It appeared that sprinkler system was quite rusty. No evacuation instructions in unit. Looks like it would be very dangerous in case of a fire. Not sure how you would be warned in case of a fire.

Very outdated needs remodeled
The property is very outdated. The wallpaper is coming off the walls. The kitchen stove is rusting. Hinges on interior doors are rusted. Ceiling has water spots in places. Pictures of the unit are really nothing like the actual unit. The unit is smaller than what the pictures look the unit is larger.
