Charming 1950s Beach Cottage Apt B

Come enjoy this cute and cozy 1950's beach cottage only a couple of blocks from the beach, Isle of Palms restaurants and night life. Two blocks away from the Harris Teeter grocery store and just steps away from Café Paname with the most delicious lates and croissants one can find! After a breathtaking sunset or sunrise you can walk to a number of excellent restaurants - no need for Uber during your stay.

This unit is approx. 800 square feet and has a king bed in the master bedroom, a full/twin bunk bed in the second bedroom and a queen bed pull out couch. It has a small dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. This place is fully equipped for great stay by the beach. Just bring your clothes, flip flops and relax for a great time in Isle of Palms!

If you need more room check out Apt A under the same roof!

There are only 2 PARKING spots. STREET PARKING directly in front of unit. Maximum 2 vehicles permitted.


Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.


The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Perfect location!
Loved staying here. IOP is a great spot for the beach and food. We walked to the beach from the house and it was very doable with two kids. The place was clean and had everything we needed and more. Loved all the recommendations provided and the cleanliness of the place. We will definitely be back!

What an easy place to land for a quick weekend… short walk to restraunts and the beach.. coffee shop right across the street… comfy bed, lots of temperature choices, great porch sitting and the cutest small kitchen EVER! Love it and will come back

Labor Day Getaway
House was as advertised and worked great for us. Pros: 1. Close to everything. 2. Walk to the beach isn’t too far and there is parking close by if you prefer to drive. 3. Beds were comfortable. 4. Check-in/check-out process easy! Cons: 1. The toilet needs to be updated to an elongated toilet. The current toilet may fit the era of the house, but isn’t an ideal fit for a man. 2. Broken tile in the kitchen that needs to be fixed. Wife cut her foot on it. We would recommend to others and we would stay again.

Fall get away
This house was absolutely darling and was everything the description said it would be . The location is perfect for walking to the beach and to the local restaurants which are terrific!! I’ve been coming to Wild Dunes since a year after Hugo and to IOP but this little cottage made a big impression and I highly recommend it and I will consider it again next year !!!

Charming Bungalow
We loved the style and location. It’s next to a busy road but very quiet inside. The location is right across the street from a great coffee spot which we hit every day as well as a short walk to everything. One downside is the small bathroom to service both bedrooms and water coming out from under the shower door. The overall feel is stylish and comfortable.

We loved the house. Clean and charming. The house had everything we needed for our family of four. Very close to the beach. We rented golf, and it was straightforward to get around. The only thing the Keurig and oven did not work. But we did not say anything to management because we stayed only three nights. Overall great property.

We loved our stay! Fit 2 couples comfortably. The place was clean and check in / out was very easy. We rented a golf cart from Brad at IOP Golf Carts who was great to work with. Everything was close from beach, restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Perfect Coastal Getaway in IOP
The most adorable little cottage with all the amenities we needed for a fun girls weekend! It was our first time in the area so we didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the location was! Everything was very close by. Easily walkable to the restaurants and beach in IOP. We rented a golf cart from the place across the street and it was the best way to get around the area for the weekend! Sullivan's Island was fun to explore as well. Easy 20 min drive into Charleston too. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay easy so we could relax. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and relaxing
Check in was easy. A minor issue trying to unlock the front door but after calling the office the problem was solved in a matter of a couple of minutes. This property is possibly the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. The covered front porch is spacious and comfortable. There is also a grill on the front porch but it could probably use some maintenance. The kitchen is smallish but well-maintained. The bathroom is smallish it could be an issue for larger folk. As referred to by other reviews the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. No need to bring the car down unless you have a lot of coolers and beach supplies.There are five or six top-notch restaurants within walking distance along with a fine Harris Teeter grocery store in the plaza. A couple of small issues. The shower door needs to be repaired or replaced and several of the electrical outlets probably need to be updated. Other than that this is a highly recommended cottage.

Perfect little cottage
We came for a 6 day girls trip. Everything was clean, beautiful and the beds were extremely cozy! It was just a short drive to the grocery store and just about a 10 min walk to the beach/ restaurants and shops! The whole process was so simple, I have 0 complaints! 10 out of 10! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were close to restaurants and could easily walk to the beach after crossing Palm Ave. We liked the neighborhood and found the house comfortable. Two maintenance items: Transition strips where level of floor changes would prevent stubbed toes, and shower door needs adjustment.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay in aisle of Palms. It is a very walkable location, but travelers do have to cross a very busy and large intersection to get to the beach and most restaurants. It was nice to have a dishwasher and in home laundry (detergent provided for 2 loads). Lots of bath towels are provided, but there are no beach towels. Communication started out strong, but it took multiple texts to get a reply to my next question. The master bed was comfy but our friends that stayed in the bunk beds said they felt a bit shaky, especially when sleeping on the top. Individual room temp controls were appreciated. Please note that checkout is promptly at 10.

Perfect for what we needed
The rest of our group was staying in a bigger house just a few blocks away. We used this home as the overflow. It was perfect for our needs. There were 5 adults. The place was clean with plenty of extra towels and sheets for the pull out couch. The kitchen was small but we didn't really need it since you are just steps away from great restaurants. We thought we would cook breakfast there but found a nice coffee shop across the street. This is a perfect location. We walked everywhere and did not rent a car. We wished we would have thought to reserve a golf cart prior to arrival. When we tried, they were all sold out. But, everything was so close, including the beach, that it really wasn't even needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone just looking for a place to sleep close to all the amenities IOP has to offer.
