Inside, find ample space for multiple families (or a really large one). Dine in the large or small open-plan dining rooms, or grill and serve up tasty meals on the sprawling, open deck as you sip your sundowner to the tempo of a sublime sunset.

There’s a large sprawling yard for volleyball, family football, or soccer, and a crab dock with a scenic view of the Intracoastal Waterway and Goat island. And there’s an outdoor shower that’s handy for rinsing off after hitting the sun-soaked beach.

Plus, your island destination is pet-friendly, so there’s no need to leave the most important one at home!

Nice stay
Nice house for large groups. It can be difficult to get to other parts of Charleston since it is kind of far but if you want to enjoy IOP, it is great!

House was awesome. Plenty of room and amenities. We would definitely rent this house again. Two small notes for the kitchen - a pizza cutter would be helpful and the can opener is not great.

This house fits 5 adults perfectly with room to spare if there are kids. We enjoyed the sunset every night. We never said “I wish the house had…”.

39 on 25th is a lovely home at the end of a quiet street. It was a short walk to the beach, with public access at the end of the street. The location was great, with a grocery store, restaurants and shops close by. The house was spacious with plenty of beds and space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything needed for cooking and serving food. The house was neat and clean upon arrival. We had a couple of minor plumbing issues and Vacasa addressed them immediately. This is the perfect place for a large group and Isle of Palms is a beautiful area with something for everyone!

Celebrated 50th birthday in my 48th state - SC!
I invited 8 besties from around the US to meet in in SC at this beautiful home on Isle of Palms. Four of us traveled out from the PNW across the country and the other five guests didn't have quite as far to travel. I was going off the description and crossing my fingers. I knew very little about the area but knew we would want to check out local attractions and venture into downtown Charleston. Since the home was located in walking distance to the beach and restaurants we took advantage of leaving the rental car. We went into Charleston for a rooftop dinner and weekend brunch which was an easy drive as well as visit a few local attractions during our four night stay. The home was spacious for the nine of us and we especially enjoyed time in the sun room and playing games around the table. Everything was comfortable, clean and working which made such a milestone event a very memorable stay. We all had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home making memories that will be with me forever. Thank you!

Mosquitos Thrive Under the Oaks
The house is big, well appointed, and clean. We loved the house and enjoyed several beautiful sunsets there. It is a few blocks from the beach, so if you are over 60, renting a golf cart to traverse the island is a great idea. The house backs up to a salt marsh and there is a bird bath with standing water, so mosquitoes are prevalent. Bring mosquito repellant and dress accordingly. We would have given this property a five if not for the mosquitoes. Also, there was no hairdryer. Hopefully, those issues will be addressed before the next guest arrives.

Great location!
It was a beautiful home and comfortably fit our family get together. We had 8 people staying there, plus our dog. The location is nice, there is a grocery close by, as well as some great restaurants which we loved. We were visiting with family in Charleston and the drive was not bad at all. The only suggestions I would make is to bring bug spray, somehow we even found a couple of mosquitoes in the bathrooms. And the other suggestion would be if you prefer a softer pillow to bring your own. Overall, those 2 issues were minor and the stay was definitely enjoyable. We all agreed that we would return!
