Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We stayed only for a night and my group lived how spacious and clean the place was.
We stayed at this place for a snowmobiling trip. The hot tub was our favorite part! We loved the space and the separate area in the basement for all our riding stuff. We had 11 of us. The only concern we had was the bathrooms but it worked out just fine. I wouldn’t want too many more people for the parking and the bathrooms otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Megan got back to us ASAP with any questions we had and we loved Island Park!! Great spot to ride from! We trailered one day just to save gas, but all in all great review.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Large House, amenities lacking
My family of 11 adults & 8 kids (4 were under age 3) stayed here for a week during Thanksgiving. Family surveyed & this is the feedback….
Pros: Large house, the hot tub worked, good location.
Cons:
Non responsive property management
No highchair, as advertised
2 Non functional baby gates (with 2 sets of stairs to manage)
Fireplace gas was turned off & parts of it were disconnected. No signage stating it was out of order. Luckily I have handy brothers who could troubleshoot/get working.
Broken basement couch
3 smart tvs advertised, only the basement tv worked for live tv/football games.
No air hockey table, as advertised
The top dishwasher rack was being held in with a zip tie, which broke on our 2nd to last day.
They do not provide enough kitchen linens, Esp. for a large group.
No cleaning products in the kitchen to wipe down surfaces .
They provided very little Toilet paper, paper towels & dishwasher pods for the house size.
The bathroom towels were old & small, they should have them designated as hot tub towels & get some real/decent bath towels.
The main floor couch was old, dirty & sinking in.
The dining room is cramped
Broken ping pong paddles & many broken ping pong balls.
Although large, the house is not suitable for the 26 people capacity stated on the listing. The bathrooms alone were challenging with our group & the house needs a 4th bathroom.
House felt very rundown with a lot of things. I understand that it’s a rental, but some updates could be made
Plenty of parking, The only thing it was hard for the kids to play outside. Loved the Yellowstone decor. Well organized. We cleaned the room fans. Tried to leave it better than we found it.
The Good:
* Beautiful and comfortable common areas
* Clean and well maintained
* Pretty good kitchen, appliances, grill
*Three TVs
* Excellent WiFi
* Good quality tap water
* Cleanup procedure is quite manageable
The Sub-Optimal:
* 26 is a bit too many for the house size. We had 22 and 2 babies and it felt inadequate.
* 3 bathrooms were not enough. And the hot water - the signs advise 15 minutes between showers. That's around 3 hours to get everyone bathed using all three.
* All of the smoke alarms sounded at 2am and again at 5am. There was no fire or smoke. Calls to the management number were not answered.
* Uncomfortably hot with poor ventilation. Might be great in the cooler months, but not awesome in July. Has huge windows; great view, but also acts as a solar heat collector in the afternoon (the largest windows don't have any blinds/curtains.) Very few windows actually open, so it doesn't completely air out at night. There are numerous fans, which help, but they are inadequate and noisy. The ground floor windows didn't have screens, so opening them for ventilation was an invitation for insects.
* The hot tub was over-clorinated. Some people received minor chemical burns.
* Some bedrooms were over capacity. Three queen/full beds in a 12’x15’ room was/is too crowded
