1. The Deluxe Suite room that are shown in the pictures is NOTHING like the ACTUAL room that they give you. They show multiple rooms with 2 king sized beds but in reality, it was one small room with 2 twin size beds. When I spoke to Usama Hasan (Manager), he said he can shift us to the other room with the king bed but there is only one bed. The room I stayed in had ZERO pictures online. The first time I saw my room was when I entered it. Nothing was posted online. This is false advertisement and a scam.
2. The outlets did not work constantly and had to call a repair tech every single day multiple times a day to come fix it. A 5 day trip where a repair tech is there every day multiple times a day. Very annoying.
3. The water in the bathroom stopped working one morning and it took a half an hour for the repair team to fix it.
By the way, this was their priciest room, the Deluxe Suite, and these were the issues I faced. When I told my complaints to the manager, he said he does not understand our frustration, offered no compensation for my troubles, and stopped responding. His last response basically was "Things messed up, and we fixed it on time" Which fails to acknowledge my frustration on the problems I faced during my trip and offered no compensation. Very unprofessional.
Worst experience I have ever had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
