"My wife and I stayed for four nights to celebrate her birthday. I had several requests ahead of time for the host, Trish, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! The house is as advertised and then so much more. The dock is amazing. It is truly boat access only and Captain Ronald is amazing. He told us “when you know what you want to do, you call me. You don’t worry about anything, you’re on vacation. You tell me and I will take care of it.” And he delivered everyday! We also had Melvin and his wife make dinner one night and it was incredible. She even made a home made tres leches cake for my wife’s birthday! Trish and her team did not miss a thing and our stay was amazing. We will be back for sure!! We alsthat"

"Being a little higher in elevation, open windows allowed the breezes to cool us at night. Screens on all windows were great! We loved exploring the neighborhood. Friendly and knowledgeable manager made sure we had all we needed. One glitch - on arrival my phone could not find any wifi, thus my GPS could not work, and I could not connect to the site telling the location of the house. I also couldn't remember if the manager was meeting us at the ferry or the house... We had offered to walk to the property, but it was actually much further than it looked on maps (we are both way past 70), so owners should have told us to take a pedi-cab. "

"Last minute, we grabbed this place to extend our stay on Útila and WOW….we got lucky. Very well appointed kitchen allowed us to cook some gourmet meals. Only matters to chefs but…great knives and sharp..with a quality sharpener! The bed was very comfy, bathroom had a bidet! Wonderful view and sounds of the ocean crashing in front of our eyes. The owners were on site this week. Mark and Steve are amazing guys always aware of our needs or questions. Great location close to. Sun Street, but away from the noise. Don’t hesitate- this little place in Heaven is real! "
