The room have a vague mold smell, the floor seem dirty, we have to call the staff to fix the faucet of the master bathroom, the first day we don't have hot water. The size of the room was great. "Always a go-to when I'm staying in the Southwest. Property conditions are in bed if attention - Windows weren't closing (mosquitoes were coming into the apartment), toilet lid was cracked, we found a dirty towel in the closet upon check-in. Location is amazing, close to beaches and great for anyone that needs a place when staying in that area. Will always come back!"

"The apartment was roomy but should be cleaner, mold in the shower, gum stuck under night table, stained and chipped doors. Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies and mosquitoes and cooking made the area smoky cause they have no extractor. AC in bedroons only, kitchen and dinning and living room area hot all time. Smoke detector was broken. Got pictures if interested."
