"The perdon who checked me in was not particularly helpful, however the person who chrcked me out was rude! I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. She hung up and then tried to convince me the bus did not go where I wanted to go. I knew better, butshe thought I was wrong and eventually just walked away from me. "Great stay, so family friendly, amazing swimming pools, hot water! Big and comfortable beds, great pillows, only have to say the black out curtains weren't enough to dark the room and living room, which make me wake up at 6am... the breakfast was very good, not 5 stars but good. It was an excellent stay, in an hotel that I definitely recommend! must also talk about the excellency of the La Bodeguita restaurant, there we had a 5 stars gastronomy experience, perfect food!"

"Overall the property is nice with an excellent breakfast but cleanliness and staff were disappointing and unfriendly. Check-in took a very long time, we had to sit for 20 min. before we got our key, hairs in the bathroom and one really big tuft of hair on the shower wall. Staff at breakfast were grumpy, tables were not cleaned and set to be seated for new guests so we sat down at a table with tableware and napkins and got a wave and bad reply from the waiter (apparently those tables were meant...

"At the end of three week road trip with friends all over Portugal and Andalusia Spain we booked a night at your lovely hotel! The pool was beautiful and very relaxing with a great bar took a nap in the sun! The rooms were very clean hallways could use fresh paint.. the breakfast buffet was delicious Wish the beds were not so hard! The location is great so close to the beach! Highly recommend! "

"Great hotel and very friendly staff. The outside pool is cold. Reception staff went above and beyond. We arrived at 1 in the morning and still got checked in after calling the out of hours number. Check in only took 5 mins. Walking distance to the beach although there are no pavements so you need to walk on the road. "

"Staying in the deluxe room with the jacuzzi on the patio was a must. It’s a short walk to town although the restaurant food quality was a bit disappointing and restaurants were empty due to the season. We didn’t dine at hotel. However we capped off each night with a drink in the hotel’s fabulous rooftop bar. The hotel was almost empty so it was surprising we had to wait for our room( we arrived early) but they kept saying not ready when when we finally came back at the specified check in time there was a lineup and then we had to wait even longer. However the gentleman at check in was helpful when we were trying to get a package delivered. "
