"We had another wonderful stay at Palazzo Veneziano, six years on from our initial stay for our anniversary. When we arrived they informed us they had a little surprise for us waiting which turned out to be an upgrade to the top floor with a bottle of Prosecco on ice on the table when we walked in, which was totally unexpected and was a great start to our celebrations. "We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well located hotel. Only steps from the famous Rialto bridge, water bus and gondola rides. The staff was excellent. They even arranged a free water taxi ride to Murano and paid our entry into the glass factory. The room is small but nothing to complain about."

"Lovely clean hotel, in a great position for walking or catching water taxis to all main attractions. Although near all the main tourist attractions they are not in your face with some quieter squares around which make a change from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again. "
