We had a really nice and comfortable stay at this property. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had ample parking, which was plowed nicely when we arrived. Even visiting in February—right in the middle of winter—we had no trouble getting in or out.The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could need for cooking or baking, including extra seasonings. There were so many items that it almost felt like someone might live there when it’s not being rented, though I can’t say for sure. The bed was extremely comfortable, which isn’t always a given when renting a place. They also added fun lighting in both the bedroom and living room, which was a nice touch. The bathroom, though seemingly small, was well-designed with ample shelving and space for toiletries. Just be sure to crack the door or open a window (if you are a woman over 40 :). The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and towels were provided. One major plus was that they allowed us to bring our dog, which is not always easy to find. Everything felt clean and well cared for—a big bonus for a pet-friendly rental.Additionally, the owners recently laid new carpet and provided beds upstairs, making the space suitable for more than just two guests. We didn’t need the extra space, but we thought it was a really nice touch for those traveling with a larger group. The Only Downside:The biggest issue was the noticeable smell of smoke throughout the space. It never really went away, thou
