It is part of the Perla Resort so guests can use the stunning outdoor swimming pool (for an extra fee) and other facilities such as tennis and basketball courts. The open-plan living space on the ground floor combines indoor and outdoor living. Large glass doors lead out onto the veranda, overlooking a small garden. The veranda is furnished with a swing-seat and armchairs, ideal for sun-downers after a day on the beach. Back inside, there are 2 elegant sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The sleek, fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Location
Lalzit Bay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Albania. It is known for its child-friendly beaches, good restaurants and bars. More active guests can enjoy scuba diving, jet-skiing, water-skiing and a children’s playground. For hikers, the Cape of Rodon (30-minute drive) offers panoramic views over the Adriatic whilst walking through unspoiled nature.
Away from the coast, there is plenty for visitors to do, with many charming hill towns. Kruje (1 hour) is home to 5th-century Kruje Castle, as well as Kruje Bazaar which dates back to the 17th century. Here you can find authentic Albanian carpets, textiles and ceramics. There are also hiking routes in the surrounding mountains which range from the easy to the challenging. Adults will also enjoy a tour of Duka Winery and Vineyard (15-minute drive) which includes wine tasting and a fine lunch.
Tirana is a 45-minute drive and makes a great day trip. It is an eclectic mix of Ottoman, Soviet and Fascist architecture. The city is easy to explore on foot. Blloku is an exciting, young area, full of cafés and interesting boutiques. The main square, Skanderbeg Square, is a must-see. The city’s markets offer a window onto everyday life. You can find a wide range of local produce at the New Market, Pazari Ri.
For self-catering there is a supermarket close by (2-minute drive), as well as some smaller shops.
Tirana International Airport is just a 40-minute drive from the apartment. Please note that the pool is open from the 30th of April 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
