"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. Located in the middle of Bad Gastein, so within 5 minutes of walking you have numerous dining options. 5 min drive from the ski slopes as well. Would definitely recommend and...

"It may seem like the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, but that's just a false impression. The surrounding area and views around the hotel are stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Looking forward to going back."

"We had a greatcexperience! The property was beautiful, spacious, clean and had all the facilities you may want. There is am amazing view and we had snow the second day we arrived. The host gave us a very handy welcome pack. I loved it. And we really enjoyed the pistachio panettone we received for Christmas! Would highly recommend. And we’d love to go back one day again."

"Bach Boutique Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Francesca (Frenchie) was the first person we saw at the front desk after a very long day of traveling. She was amazing that day as well as our entire 11 day stay. Francesca was very helpful with making arrangements for our spa experience and finding us our transportation to the airport. "Beautiful hotel!! Lovely staff!!! I can't wait to come back!! My son and I came into town for the Krampus event and fell in love with San Candido and this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The Front Desk went above and beyond to help us with questions and getting around. The beds were so comfortable, amenities were lovely! "

"Selten einen so entspannten Urlaub erlebt! Ich war alleine unterwegs und habe viel Zeit im und um das Baumhaus herum verbracht, besonders auf der kleinen Terasse. Super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das Berg-Panorama ist der Hammer! Ich komme auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder :)"
