They went above and beyond what is usually expected (I needed some shirts to be laundered and they were returned to be the next day ironed and in pristine shape - this is a first for me). The only downside (but, being a small town, this would be true of all hotels in Casamicciola) is that this town had a lively and noisy nightlife in the town square up until midnight on Saturday night.
