"Great Friendly Hotel"

"Although the hotel was beautifully located overlooking the bay with stunning vistas, there was no hot water , air conditioning or working heating and the beds were very hard and outdated. Pillows were old and clumpy and during the rain the room and the hallway were inundated by rain water. No TV"

"The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond what is usually expected (I needed some shirts to be laundered and they were returned to be the next day ironed and in pristine shape - this is a first for me). The only downside (but, being a small town, this would be true of all hotels in Casamicciola) is that this town had a lively and noisy nightlife in the town square up until midnight on Saturday night.
