"Very hard to find (had to be escorted by a local), no one there. We assumed it was a B&B. Actually, it is merely rooms and breakfast in a basement. No one lives on the premises. We arrived on a Monday, and the nearby town was closed. No dinner in sight. Very lonely and not particularly unique. One positive is the price. Lowest we paid in Italy. If you need a stop-over in Tuscany or Lazio, okay, but don't go out of your way."

"Great place to stay in between to Tuscan towns. The Saturnia Hot Springs were beautiful and free to visit. Pitigliano was a must see. Hotel is a 3 room place and the owners were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely suggest the place."

Poiché la colazione viene servita dopo le 8,30 avevo chiesto e concordato di anticipare almeno di una mezz'oretta perché dovevo partire. Pur essendo formalmente un b&b nessuno vi abitava e la persona è arrivata alle 8,30 e servito la colazione molto lentamente."
