"Impressive lobby and facade of hotel. The good thing about this hotel is there is free bar with drinks and nuts for limited hours for guests. If you are allocated a room at the new wing, then you will have a decent room. Hence, please ensure you pick the room correctly. Walked passed the corridor of the old rooms and it feels wierd as it is such a mismatch. The 5th floor where the washing machine n dryer are placed are so quiet scary. "The place is not well labeled, so if you’re driving by yourself it’s a little difficult to find. Also, the security pad to get into the building requires you to wait before it clicks open. Would’ve been nice to know that. Parking in front is all in Japanese. "

"Very nice hotel in nice location. Close to China town and local convenient stores. It was a little difficult to pull up and take items out of your car if you are driving, but that’s only bc the road is very narrow leading to the hotel. the parking garage they suggest is very close though. The staff were very friendly and our rooms were nice and clean. Nice onsen area. We would stay again!"
