"Our check in time was 3pm and although the booking was accepted and property details provided, we were not send the code to access the key box. We messaged the host for the final access details as we were arriving and got no response. We called VRBO who provded details to contact the host directly and also no response. We then recieved a message at 3:45pm (after the 3pm check in time) cancelling the booking due to a 'water leak'. Why the host was checking for water leaks after the time we were...

"We received no communication from the owner of how to access the property. We were standing outside and had to contact VRBO support. The house is in an awful area, the garden hasn't been mown in years and there is trash around the property. We were only provided with two towels for a family and they said that was all we needed. I will never use VRBO again as they don't care about their customers experience."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. This is a little 3 bed terraced house on a main road, there is a large green across the road and a co-op about 1 minutes walk away. It has a cosy little living room with smart TV and a kitchen with a dishwasher and there’s a little garden. There’s a downstairs toilet and upstairs shower room and parking is on the drive outside. The house is clean and just lovely. Will definitely be back. Thank you Mark. "

"Love this place. Excellent views great for the dogs. Just needs a few tweaks to make it perfect. Bbq outside is unusable, but more information in the pod is needed but overall we loved it. Planning the next visit already."

"Great place to stay with good travel links. Basic but clean and very comfortable! Owner in good communication too. Cooking facilities weren’t the best (oven kept smoking) but informed the owner and they responded quickly to say they would look into it. Thank you!"
