O descanso que virou cansaço
Quando eu vou viajar sobretudo depois de muita correria, só quero descansar e churtir os dias. Mas infelizamente no Thermas de Jurema, foi impossível. Funcionários do hotel, as 9:30h da manhã estava na tendo na porta, para limpeza. Não existia um comunicado pedindo para não perturbar. Na sequência batiam novamente para verificar frigobar, após o almoço que poderia dormir um pouco com todo aquele frio, a moça estava batendo novamente para conferir alguma coisa. O banheiro tinha casa de aranha na janela, ou seja o tempo que estive lá não foi limpo. A piscina coberta falatava vidro na janela e entrava vento frio,. Outra coisa é quando você não consome todo balde de cerveja lata que, fica como crédito, mas você não pode resgatar em Outros locais do hotel, somente naquele bar. Eu realmente me surpreendi com o descuido. Fui para descansar mas voltei mais cansado por tanta incomodação dos funcionários. Os bares, quando quis comprar alguma bebida ou o atendente estava ausente ou mexendo no celular. Foi só problema pelo mal atendimento

Minha experiência no Lagos.
Foi minha segunda viagem em família para o Lagos de Jurema. A primeira em 2019 e a segunda em 2023. Comparando as duas vezes, houve uma redução enorme na variedade dos pratos no almoço e na janta, porém achei a qualidade melhor. Não servem mais suco e água durante as refeições. O que penso não ter cabimento visto o alto custo da diária e o padrão do hotel. Todas as vezes que solicitamos água da casa os garçons alegavam que não tinham garras para todas as mesma, teve um dia que o garçom comentou que só tinham 15 jarras sendo que no restaurante tem mais de 100 mesas. Eles servem lanche a tarde, mas a fila é quilométrica. Poderia fazer dois buffet. A limpeza deixa a desejar. Tinha barata morta debaixo da cama e teia de aranha nos cantos das paredes. No último dia quando solicitei uma caipirinha o copo venho com marca de batom. Outra coisa que estava em falta são as toalhas. Teve um dia que não deixaram toalha no quarto e quando solicitamos a camareira falou que estava em falta. O acesso ao escorregador (baleia) da piscina infantil é algo que precisar ser arrumado urgentemente. Observei o mesmo problema nas duas vezes, o piso em volta e os degraus da escada são extremamente escorregadios. As crianças caíram várias vezes quando tentaram acessar o brinquedo. Uma coisa que gostei dessa vez, é que a maioria das atividades que são cobradas á parte estavam grátis de segunda á quinta feira. Em suma, o lugar é bom mas,pelo valor que é cobrado precisava ser impecável.

Muito bom, mas pode melhorar a parte de conservação externa. Aspecto envelhecido, principalmente em relação à piscina externa (revestimento da piscina e calçamento ao redor, além da cobertura descascando a tinta).

Já foi bom, hoje é apenas caro!
O valor é muito caro pro bandejão que é servido... Falta limpeza nas áreas comuns do hotel. Os bares tinham apenas um garçom pra atender a todo mundo. Estive no hotel jardins de jurema e na noite estava tendo pizza No outro dia fui ao lagos e a pizza do dia anterior estava lá. E ainda causou um tremendo desconforto pois eram poucos pedaços e os hospedes meio competiam pela pizza. Algo tão barato pra ter mais vez inclusive. Camareira deixou a porta do quarto que era de chave aberta com todos meus pertences lá. Sei que você ta lendo e falando nossa era otimo... eu sei, também estive lá nessa epoca. Mais já foi... é um péssimo pensão completa! Há opções muito melhores hoje.
