The main family bathroom which has a shower over the bath is off the main internal hallway, where you will find additional storage and hanging space. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered car park (short wheelbase vehicles with a maximum height of 1.95m). Access from the car park into the building is also via secure entry key fob. The building has manned onsite caretaker during normal office hours and CCTV in public areas.
Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
