Nestled in a prime location, this elegant Iowa offers a refined retreat with 4 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms. The spacious layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for culinary creations, and a washer and dryer for ultimate convenience. Unwind in the fenced backyard or enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The garage ensures added ease, while the cozy sleeping arrangements—featuring two queen beds and two full beds—promise restful nights. A perfect blend of comfort and style.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

No parties; as of October 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
