We have stayed at the property before and both times, everything was great. We appreciate very much that we can have our dog, and even have a little yard for quick outings. The location works well for exercising all of us, and is convenient to town as well. Beds, linens, kitchen are all well stocked and comfortable. It's a nice neighborhood and feels safe for a woman walking at night with her dog. Everything is a plus for us.

Fantastic property and location
Our family came down to celebrate our Hawkeye’s birthday for the weekend with our dog. This location on the peninsula was fantastic. Close to campus and a dog park down the street. The townhouse was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Nick was very quick to respond and excellent to work with. We will definitely look to stay here again on future trips to Iowa City. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay for graduation weekend!
This property was even better than the pictures. Safe and picturesque neighborhood less than 10 mins from downtown Iowa City and campus. Very clean, well-laid out, with adorable front porch/backyard and nice walking path throughout the neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great location!
We were in town for an Iowa football game and were able to walk to Kinnick Stadium from the house on a very nice trail. It was a 2 mile walk but easier than driving. Neighborhood is really cute. The townhouse has all the amenities you need and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We came for a football game weekend and found the stay perfect. The home is lovely, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend!

In town for a wedding
We were very happy with our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and safe with easy check in and check out. We had our french bulldog with us, and he got to enjoy the dog park (which was less than a 10 min walk) every day we were there. We would stay here again next time we’re in town.
