The 50 m² apartment consists of a living/dining room with a dining bench, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and cable TV. With board games, toys, children's books and a small playground in the garden, it is particularly suitable for families with children. Relax on the furnished private balcony with a glass of wine or admire the beautiful mountain panorama in the garden, which offers seating and a barbecue. The garden is shared with guests of the holiday apartment on the 2nd floor. Thanks to the ideal location of the house, the apartment is an excellent starting point for hikes, for example, to the Zwieselalm, cross-country skiing, swimming fun, cycling tours and more. A park, a water par,k the bus station, shops, numerous restaurants and cross-country skiing trails are within walking distance. You will find a golf club and an amusement park in the neighbouring town of Ruhpolding (10 km), providing a varied range of leisure activities.
