"Our stay was great. The room and linens were clean, with 2 double beds, they were firm, I believe most are in Japan. Pillows were good size, I have neck problems so I usually travel with my own. They were not to large, or heavy. In the states I think most are annoyingly large, definitely creating a kink in the neck. So I appreciated this maybe more than some would. "The place is nicely maintained. The toilet space is a little smaller but overall its still a nice apartment to stay in with most of the facilities available. "

"Staff is friendly. Washer and dryer are new in the bathroom, very convenient. The room is clean and has everything you need. Relatively spacious for 4 ppl. Walk to Ueno is about 7-10min, transportation is convenient as well. The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils, refrigerator and microwave oven. Definitely would recommend it."

"The location is very convenient, right next to train station exit and restaurants and convenience stores. The beds were cozy and the condition of the room was excellent. We love the kitchen, the heated toilet seat, and the laundry machine. It really feels like a second home away from home. We would stay at another Minn hotel next time we come to Japan."

"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great. "Nice apartment. My only comment is that I think there could be better furniture. The bedside table was a small flimsy bookshelf. It worked but a proper night stand would have been better. "

"The staff were super friendly and the hotel was pretty nice. The room size was good for Tokyo and it even had a small kitchenette and a dining table. It was not too far from Ueno station for metro and Shinkansen trains. There are a stack of dining and shopping options within a 15 min walk radius."

"Huge rooms and a quiet hotel. It is really close to public transport, heaps of food options nearby and it's a really nice neighbourhood. The best bit by far was the service, the people working there were so nice and happy, good genuine people. Definitely stay here if you get the chance."
