"Comfortable and cosy house to relax in and lovely to be able to bring our dogs. They loved the large alfresco backyard area, but being able to sleep inside if cold. It is close to the shops and ocean and had everything we could need. Inverloch itself is charming and friendly and very quiet off-season."

"This was a great stay for our pets and teenagers. Close to everything and having 2 living areas was great. Master bed was comfortable and although kitchen very dated had everything we needed. Oven and Fridge looked new and were clean. Some repairs and Maintenace required but did not affect our stay at all. "

"Our host, Kim, was incredible! Excellent communication and so welcoming and friendly. The place is STUNNING! Clean, easy access and everything we hoped for. The kids loved the interior design and layout of the property. Location was excellent. 30 minutes to Cowes/Phillip Island and 10 minutes from Grantville. Kongwak markets was an easy half hour drive as well. Can't rate this stay higher. Thank you Kim for an amazing birthday getaway for my girls."

"We stayed here 3yrs ago. Place exactly the same clean and tidy condition. Well furnished and kitchen well appointed. 2 comfortable living areas, and 2 outdoor settings. Easy access from back gate to beach only a short walk. Well fenced. Will definitely recommend and stay again."

"Truly amazing views, but the property needs repairs and maintenance. For what was a premium price, some things need improving. This place is not suitable for people with mobility issues as access is via stairs that some will find difficult to climb. The hand rails need to be resecured. It took me three attempts to get my car up the driveway. An SUV or front-wheel drive car will be ok, but my Falcon was slipping everywhere. The place is overgrown with weeds - a bit more effort is needed in...

"The property is in a great location and we have stayed in this part of Inverloch before and enjoy the stroll along the beach into town to grab our morning coffee. The process if you require linen was not the best in terms of you had to contact the Linen Service separately from the local Real Estate Agent who manages the property. Not the most seamless process."
