Recently renovated, the home is warm, charming, and fully equipped.
Tastefully decorated, the flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a King-sized bed, and another with a single bed. In the living room, there is even a comfy sofa that pulls out into a sofabed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

NOTE: There is an ongoing renovation at the neighboring property from 8 AM - 4 PM daily, until the end of the month!
The sofa bed can only be used upon request.
Guests will have access to the entire home!
I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on the phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.
Only about an hour's drive from Glasgow, the town is a gateway to the Highlands & Islands and provides a great base for day touring.
The property is located in the centre of Inveraray only steps from the water, it is just a moments’ walk from the Jail, as well as all the local amenities including bars, restaurants, and shops, not forgetting Inveraray Castle.
The community here is quite tight-knit, and one of the perks is being able to socialise with locals. Though is quiet most of the year, during the summer it becomes a busy tourist town with visitors from all over the UK and other countries.
Car parks are often available just outside the property, or within close proximity at the nearby carpark, there is also free parking at the Co-op.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
