"You are staying on a boat on land however it was modernised with flushing toilets and hot water and heating. Hosts Lynette and Angus were lovely and could not do enough for us, loved our welcome treats and nice touches throughout the boat. Perfect for a couple with medium size dog. "The property is lovely, and the owner very resposive when light switch disintigrated. It was a shame the dishwasher program didnt work, the fire alarm fell from the ceiling and the tv was too old to take any form of digital equipment, nor did the dvd function work. Otherwise the cottage is lovely in a pretty spot The foul weather made tv more important I guess. It shortened our stay by half. "Alison and Mark, owners/hosts are amazing. Nothing was too much for them. I don't drive. Both offered to drive to the village to the shops if I needed anything. Their beautiful cottage had everything you need. An added bonus was a log burner, coal also provided. Bottle of prossecco as a welcome gift. Lovely surprise. The scenery is outstanding.. its a one bedroom rustic modern cottage. Also has heating installed. Instructions folder for all appliences and maps of the area and surrounding areas....
