"It is very good hotel, exellent for the price. Beautiful view from the balcony, walkable distance to Orta San Julio, 40 min drive to Lago Maggiori. The room was clean and big, the restaurant is very good. I only should mention that in our room the Internet connection was very weak."

"Terrible communication with owner. She claims to speak English, but doesn't answer your question/request because she doesn't understand you. NO PARKING possible at all! You have to walk over a very very long distance with all your suitcases. Parking is a nightmare, because there are not enough parking spots in general, let alone for vacationers. "Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. I asked not to be disturbed the entire time i was there but i had housekeeping service while i was out. 😡 You could only watch few tv channels, the rest of the channels due to maybe loose or...
